All Procedures Analysis

Use the All Procedures Analysis section in Scorecards reporting to set the data parameters to view all procedures that were performed by a provider.

Run an All Procedures report

  1. Select the profile from the Profile dropdown.

  2. In the Settings section, select the All Procedures Analysis Template (if applicable) and click Save. For more information about templates, see Section-Specific templates.

  3. Click the pencil icon (Edit) to the right of the date range to select the dates to include in the report.

  4. Click the pencil icon (Add/Edit) to the right of Physician to select an individual provider.

  5. Click the pencil icon (Add/Edit) to the right of Physician Group to include all providers in the selected group.

  6. Click the pencil icon (Add/Edit) to the right of Physician Role to filter the results by the role of the provider.

  7. Click the pencil icon (Add/Edit) to the right of Procedures to filter the results by procedure performed by provider and/or physician group.

  8. Click the pencil icon (Add/Edit) to the right of Report Level to select Procedure or Patient from the dropdown, and then click Apply to save changes or Cancel to discard.

    NOTE: The scorecard for the selection must be unlocked to view Patient Level.

  9. Click Rerun to run the data search.

  10. Click the Export to Excel icon in the upper-right corner to download and analyze the data to an Excel spreadsheet.

Columns

The generated report may include the following columns, depending on the settings:

Procedure Level Report

  • Procedure Code

  • Procedure Short Description

  • Number of Cases

Patient Level Report

  • Axiom encounter ID (default sort)

  • Account Number

  • MRN

  • Procedure code

  • Procedure description

  • Operating Physician ID

  • Operating Physician

  • Procedure date

  • Procedure day of stay
